Up front, this SUV needs transmission work and that's why I'm selling it. It has been my consulting company car since buying it from Hertz in 2013 with 13,000 miles. According to the shop the "lifetime" transmission filter is clogged and needs replacement, that is why the transmission whines. The filter is only replaceable with a complete transmission removal and disassembly so it is a $5000+ job since they might as well rebuild the transmission as long as it is out and apart. It is fully depreciated and the tax benefits are gone so it is not worth fixing to me but hopefully is to you, especially if you are serious DIY person that can work on it yourself. Or, if you have the time and space, part it out.
Also, full disclosure, it was rear-ended in 2020 damaging the lift gate. It was fully repaired and you can't tell that it was damaged. No other damage that I know about.
I have all records since I owned it, including every gallon of gas, as it was a company car with IRS record keeping. Sample records page in the pictures. Oil changed every 10,000 miles or less. There is a minor coolant leak from a fitting near the coolant reservoir but the part is over $500 and not worth replacing to not have to add 8 oz of coolant every year or so. There are a couple of minor recalls that I haven't had done, for a door latch and transmission linkage bushing. I checked them and they are OK so I was waiting until I had a better reason to bring it in to the dealer.
There are a few minor blemishes in the paint but overall in great condition for a 2013 vehicle. Interior is very good but not perfect. Tires and brakes are good. Pictures of tires included. eBay options say Power Seats but only the driver seat is electric. Both seats are heated.
It is driveable, as you can see in the included video, but I wouldn't trust it for a long distance. I make no claim that it will go further than to the end of my driveway. :-)
I turned in the plates to save insurance and excise tax. If you want to test drive it you'll need to bring your own plates to do so.
